Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 October 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or other assistive technology.
Standard we aim for
This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 (opens in a new tab) at Level AA.
What we've done
- Text and important visual elements meet WCAG colour contrast ratios.
- Everything can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- A “Skip to main content” link appears as the first item when you press Tab.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate them.
- Meaningful images have text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have visible labels. Errors are explained in words, next to the field and in a summary.
- Links and buttons have clear labels and are large enough to tap easily, meeting the WCAG 2.2 target size guideline.
- Animations are switched off if you've turned on “reduce motion” on your device.
- Text can be resized to 200% and the layout works on small screens without scrolling sideways.
- There are no time limits, autoplaying media or flashing content.
Known limitations
- The enquiry form works by opening your own email app. If you don't have one set up, please contact us directly by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram instead.
- Instagram and WhatsApp are run by Meta, and we can't control how accessible they are.
How we tested
This statement is based on our own review of the website using keyboard-only navigation, automated checks and colour contrast measurements, carried out in October 2026.
